Summer Graduated with a BS in Psychology and began her sales career in 2012 in a direct sales business. In direct sales, she sold products during small gatherings in the homes of clients. In her first year of business, she became a top salesperson and a top recruiter building a team of over 10 women. In 2016, she became a member of the advisory board for a top 10 team. In this role, she trained, mentored, and coached over 100 women to successful businesses. In 2014 and 2015, Summer was nationally recognized as a top sales agent and top recruiter in Tennessee and worked alongside the company CEO in building the footprint in Tennessee.
In April of 2016, Summer became a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in Clarksville Tennessee. During her 8 months in business, she closed 11 transactions and $1,980,000 in volume. 2017 was her first full year in business and in this time she closed 30 transactions and over $5,000,000 in volume making her one of the top agents in her market. She was recognized as one of the top 100 in both sales and volume. Keller Williams awarded her a Gold metal for her work in Clarksville and she received a Bronze medal from Keller Williams South East Region and was offered a position in the Associate Leadership Council.
Summer increased sales by 186% in 2018 closing 56 transactions and $17,000,000 in volume. Again receiving awards from the local Keller Williams office and Region. During her time on the Associate leadership Council as the Growth Chair, Her Market Center grew by 88 agents and Capping agents increased from 14% to 17%. I Served as a Master Faculty in the Clarksville Market Center teaching agents in Database, Lead Generation, and Ignite. In September of 2018, Summer became the area growth leader for Portland, Or with the Five Doors Network leading a team of agents. As growth leader, she coaches, trains, and mentor members into productivity and works alongside the CEO to grow the company.
Summer served as the RPAC vice-Chair for the Clarksville Association of Realtors who raised over $63,000 for the Realtor Party with 1008 member agents. RPAC dollars were raised with local events such as the $99 events, designed to increase the number of members donating at least $99 to RPAC, and our Top 10 event, designed to recognize the top 10% of agents members donating $1000 or more to RPAC. These funds are used to lobby for the rights of Realtors on a local, state, and national level. She was also a member of the Governmental Affairs committee.
Currently, Summer leads a team of over 10 agents in the Portland Metro Area. As the area growth leader she is dedicated to helping agents achieve their goals by creating a Productivity Specific environment designed to enhance profitability for member agents. She serves in her Association as a member of the governmental affairs committee and within the market centers growth committee.
